Class Descriptions

Spin

Our spin classes burn a ton of calories while increasing strength and cardiovascular
endurance. All classes allow you to work at your own level and provide a way for you to
have fun and get your cardio in at the same time!

Yoga

Flow

Move through different postures and sequences linking breath to each movement.
Creates energy and heat building flexibility and strength.

Restorative

This is a gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga that uses props to support the body to deepen
the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the
effects of conscious relaxation.

Power

A flow Yoga but faster paced with advanced arm balances and core building exercises
and sequences.

Group

Kickbox Hybrid

High energy class combines elements of boxing drills, kicking and easy to follow
combinations for a great upper and lower body challenge. It is recommended that you
bring your own gloves, but gloves are also provided if needed.

Chisel

Jump start your workout with this innovative strength and fat burning workout using both
weights and bodyweight. Focusing on technique while building muscle and endurance.
A great class for all levels.

TRX/Sculpt

A perfect combination of weight training and TRX for a muscle building and toning
experience.

Barre

A ballet inspired workout great for balance, strength and flexibility designed to give you
the long lean lines of a dancer’s body.

Full Body

Strength and conditioning that integrates bodyweight exercises and extra focus on core
to complete the full body experience.

Intervals

Quick, but intense bursts of cardio to get heart rate moving. We go hard we back off to
maximize fat burning while building muscle. Muscle work is added between cardio
intervals.

Functionally Fit

Endurance-based cardio mixed in with variations of the seven basic movements of the
body. We work balance, rotation, mind-body connection.

Power Pump

Heavier than usual weights and bars are used in combination with cardio bursts for an
intense, full body workout. The goal is to push your muscles to the max!
