Sean Land is a ISSA, NASM, and ASFA Certified PT & Group Fitness Instructor. With over 12 year of training experience Sean has worked with hundreds of clients and taught thousands of hours of bootcamps and group fitness classes. Growing up in Arizona, Sean competed Nationally in Wrestling and BJJ, which in turn sparked his interest to continue educating himself on the human body and sports training. Sean has worked with everyone from pro athletes to disabled veterans, helping each specific client reach their personal best. Sean specializes in all types of training including weight loss, weight gain, and sports specific training. As a NPC competitor himself, Sean has worked with a number of fitness athlete and help them achieve their IFBB pro status. He is the founder of Land of Fitness and cant wait to be a part of your fitness journey.
